Next spring, I need to be ready with a plan for preserving more fruit & vegetables from the garden, so here is a list of ideas at this early stage. The current thinking is to build an outdoor kitchen, why not in LA’s great weather?
I already have a deep plastic utility sink, a stainless steel table, and a 110v induction plate. Cold water is easy, will need to consider if I need hot running water, or if everything needed can come from boiling pots.
